Goodman Management Group was established in 2020 by Aaron Goodman after more than a decade of experience in the community management industry. Recognizing the limitations of traditional practices, he set out to introduce a more modern, innovative approach to community association management. Central to his vision is fostering a dynamic workplace culture that encourages creativity, forward thinking, and professional growth—an approach that has attracted talented individuals and helped build a strong, cohesive team.

Prior to his career in community association management, Aaron served as a Sergeant in the Marine Corps Infantry. He distinguished himself as a squad leader during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, where he developed a deep commitment to leadership, discipline, and operational excellence. These principles continue to guide his business philosophy and contribute to the company’s ongoing success.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Aaron is an avid outdoorsman with a passion for adventure. He enjoys spending his time paddling the rivers of Virginia and hunting in the Blue Ridge Mountains. He resides in Goochland with his wife, Brittany, and their three children, where they maintain a small family farm.
