Cory Garcia brings over seven years of experience in association management to the GMG team. Originally from Puerto Rico, Cory moved to Virginia in 2018 and quickly built a strong career in the community management field. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she brings a valuable multicultural perspective to her work and excels in building meaningful connections with diverse communities.

She began her career as a Lifestyle Director for a large-scale association, developing a strong foundation in community engagement, event programming, and resident relations. Cory then transitioned into Portfolio Management overseeing multiple communities and strengthening her expertise in operations, vendor coordination, and board support.

In December 2025, Cory joined GMG as an Onsite Manager, continuing her commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering thriving communities. She is an active member of CAI (Community Association Institute), holds the professional designations of AMS (Association Management Specialist) and CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations), reflecting her dedication to professional excellence and ongoing growth within the industry.

Cory truly loves helping communities thrive. She is committed to being a warm, reliable presence for homeowners and a supportive partner to the Board, always ready to lend a hand whenever needed.
