David Zalusky joined Goodman Management Company in 2025 as an Assistant Community Manager. He has a diverse professional background spanning education, restaurant management, and most recently, multifamily residential and commercial property management.

 Originally from Maryland, David has lived in various places, including New York, Virginia Beach, and Mexico City, before finally settling in Richmond. Now, he enjoys life just steps away from the James River with his partner and a lively gaggle of pets.

 When he’s not working, David can often be found biking along the river, exploring new trails, or getting lost in a good book. He appreciates any chance to be outside, whether it’s a weekend hike or just a quiet morning with coffee on the porch.
