Her mission is to align human potential with corporate strategy by building the company’s leadership pipeline from within. 

Erin orchestrates talent strategy, organizational culture, and leadership development – designing the initiatives that prepare our emerging leaders and guide our succession planning for long-term growth. Her work is anchored in a belief that businesses truly scale when rising talent is empowered to thrive. 

Driven by a professional passion for relationship building and creating impactful change, Erin was drawn to GMG’s uniquely creative approach to community management. She brings over 12 years of experience in both HOA and multi-family property management and continually values the pursuit of ongoing industry education. 

Outside of the office, Erin loves to travel, though you will most often find her and her husband on the sidelines of a soccer field or field hockey game cheering on their children. The family resides in Glen Allen, where Erin enjoys DIY craft projects, spa days, and game nights with family and friends.
