Erin Dowdy joins Goodman Management Group’s executive team as a Vice President. Erin’s role highlights her professional passion for relationship building and making impactful change, both for our clients and within our organization. She guides our clients with strategic planning and supports the implantation of key initiatives. Erin provides support to our Regional Managers, while serving as a coach to new employees, and cultivating the development of leaders from within our organization.

Recognizing the creative approach to leadership at GMG, Erin felt compelled to be a part of the company. Erin brings over 10 years of experience in both HOA and multi-family property management and values the pursuit of ongoing industry education. She is a member of the social committee for Community Association Institute’s Southeastern chapter and an active member of the Central VA chapter.

Erin’s dedication to client satisfaction alongside her leadership of a growing team has positively impacted GMG’s expansion in the Hampton Roads and North Carolina region. Erin is a shareholder as of January 2025, and we are excited for the future and that she has become an owner at Goodman Management Group. 

Erin loves to travel although you’ll most often find her and her husband at a soccer field or field hockey game cheering on the sidelines for their kids. Their family resides in Glen Allen and Erin enjoys DIY craft projects, spa days, and game nights with family and friends.
