Jennifer's journey began in the travel industry. She stepped out of the workforce to raise her two sons, and when she returned, thanks to the internet, the travel field had changed. Jennifer had to “recreate” herself and started by obtaining her real estate license. Jennifer eventually transitioned into HOA management, where she found a perfect blend of her skills and passions. Over the years, she has worked with various homeowners’ associations, ranging from small-scale developments to large, master-planned communities. Her ability to balance the needs of residents with the requirements of the association has been instrumental in maintaining property values and enhancing homeowners' overall quality of life.

What sets Jennifer apart is her genuine care for the communities she serves. She takes the time to listen to residents' concerns, empathize with their challenges, and collaborate with them to find solutions. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, playing pickleball, and cooking and entertaining.  Her passion for creating vibrant and inclusive communities extends beyond her professional life, as she continues to be actively involved in initiatives aimed at making neighborhoods more livable and connected.
