With over 20 years of experience in the property management industry, Jessica brings deep operational knowledge, strong leadership, and a people-first mindset to GMG. She is highly experienced in all aspects of community management and has spent the last six years successfully managing renovation projects for apartment communities, ensuring upgrades are completed efficiently and stay on budget.

Jessica is recognized for her strong customer service skills and hands-on approach. She excels at action planning, organization, and follow-through, making sure priorities are handled promptly and done right.

In 2024, Jessica earned her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation through IREM and is currently working toward her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) credential through CAI, reflecting her commitment to continued growth in the industry.

Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Jessica developed a lasting connection to Virginia Beach after spending summers there with her grandparents. When the opportunity arose, she made the move and now proudly calls VA Beach home. Outside of managing communities, she enjoys date nights with her husband, spending time with her adult children and two grandchildren, and appreciating the simple moments that make life meaningful.
