Kandyce is GMG’s Regional Manager for our Hampton Roads and North Carolina communities. She has over six years in the industry and brings a wealth of expertise in portfolio and on-site management. She focuses on providing exceptional service to clients and business partners while fostering a supportive, goal-oriented environment for her team. Kandyce believes in offering transparent leadership by setting clear expectations and aligning common goals, ensuring her team always has a shared vision and a sense of purpose.

As a dedicated member of the SEVA-CAI Chapter, Kandyce actively contributes to the Social Committee, where she values collaboration and continuous learning. She is committed to personal and professional growth, always eager to learn from those around her, and striving to improve in every aspect of her work.

A native of Chesapeake, Kandyce lives there with her husband, four children, dog, and bearded dragon. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, no matter the season—boating, exploring new movies, or trying out the latest local restaurant.
