Karen Tribbey is a community-focused, detail-oriented professional who brings organization, creativity, and a warm, people-first approach to her role at Goodman Management Group. She supports community operations and lifestyle programming, working closely with residents and vendors to create engaging experiences and help keep communities running smoothly.

Her earlier career in recruiting, HR, and corporate administration has shaped her human-centered approach and ability to manage multiple projects with ease. Before joining Goodman, Karen served as the Lifestyle Director for a large-scale community homeowners’ association, where she led engaging events, supported day-to-day operations, and strengthened neighborhood connections. She is also the owner of a long-standing portrait photography business serving families across the Richmond area.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys going to concerts, traveling—especially to tropical destinations—spending time with friends and family, and cheering on her favorite football team. Go Steelers!
