Katie recently joined the Goodman Management Team as an Accounts Payable Manager overseeing the Hampton Roads region. She has worked in the Community Association Management industry for nearly ten years, mostly as both a Portfolio and Onsite Community Manager, during which time she obtained her CMCA certification. Her community management tenure has provided her with invaluable experience and a deep understanding of all facets of this industry, focusing on account management, which ultimately led to her transition to the current role with GMG.

Katie is a lifelong Richmond local who currently resides in Bon Air with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, attending live music events, cooking, exploring thrift, vintage, and antique shops, and working on creative projects at home.
