Kellie is an accomplished and highly skilled Community Manager serving the Richmond, Hampton Roads, and Williamsburg areas.  With a proven track record in effective management and her unwavering dedication, she provides excellent leadership and organizational abilities throughout her 9-year career in the property management industry.  She demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, excels at building trust and maintaining positive working relationships, which allows her to create a strong sense of community within the properties she manages.

Kellie graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University but is a die-hard UNC fan. She and her husband Matt enjoy spending time with their three kids cruising, attending local sporting events, and relaxing at their river home in Colonial Beach, VA.
