Kristina Walker’s career at Goodman Management began as an Assistant On-Site Community Manager, where she gained hands-on experience in community support, resident relations, and daily association operations. Her time spent onsite allowed her to develop a strong understanding of homeowner needs and organizational processes, which eventually led her to transition into the accounting department. A continued commitment to accuracy, transparency, and exceptional service has enabled her to grow into her current role as Accounting Manager.
With more than 10 years of customer service experience, Kristina has been able to apply that knowledge and expertise to her current position. She values working closely with homeowners, enhancing processes, and ensuring that professionalism and integrity guide all aspects of her work.
Outside of work, Kristina enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their four children—three boys and one girl—and takes every opportunity to be near the water or out in nature. These moments are both refreshing and energizing, allowing her to recharge, connect with the outdoors, and create lasting memories with her family.
