Lydia joins GMG with over seven years of experience in association management and a background in multifamily management. She takes great pride in building long-standing relationships rooted in trust, support, and thoughtful advisement. Known for her strong work ethic, and customer service background, she approaches every role with dedication and integrity, taking pride in all work accomplished. Lydia thrives on ensuring the community feels knowledgeable, confident, and supported—whether working with board members, committee members, or residents. 

A lifelong resident of Hampton Roads, Lydia currently resides in Virginia Beach. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she values spending quality time with her family, enjoying outdoor activities such as adventuring and fishing while creating meaningful, lasting memories. Family time is central to her life, and she finds equal joy in the quieter moments, including daily walks with her Shepsky dog Nova, who she considers her best friend and loyal companion.
