Lynn Langford CMCA, AMS

Community Manager

Lynn joins our team with over twenty-five years of experience in property management, construction, and project management, with a focus on community HOA and condo management, and developer transitions for the past ten years.

She is an active member of the Central Virginia Chapter of CAI and has served on its Board of Directors as Secretary and Treasurer from 2021 to 2025. Additionally, Lynn has chaired the CA Day Trade Show Committee in 2020 and 2021,  served on the VLR Committee from 2018 to 2024, and the Membership Committee and Social Committee in 2023 and 2024. Under her leadership, the CA Day Trade Show Committee was recognized as the Committee of the Year for 2020, 2021. In 2019, she received the Rising Star Volunteer of the Year Award for her contributions to the Central Virginia Chapter of CAI. In 2023, she was honored with the Chapter Appreciation Award from the Virginia Leadership Committee of the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of CAI. Lynn holds the CMCA, AMS, and EBP designations and is currently working towards her PCAM.

Lynn is married to her husband, Timothy, and together they are the proud parents of four active children, aged nine to fifteen. When she's not working, you can find her gardening on their farm, fishing in the Rappahannock River, lounging by the pool with a book, or attending her children's softball, baseball, football, and wrestling games. In colder weather, she enjoys cooking, drawing, and painting. Lynn attended Texas A&M University in College Station, where she studied Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Sciences and was a student-athlete on the Fighting Texas Aggie Equestrian Team.
