Meg Ramirez
Community Manager
Meg Ramirez serves as a Portfolio Manager, where she works closely with community associations to provide thoughtful guidance, responsive communication, and attentive management support. Known for her caring approach, strong leadership, and attention to detail, Meg is committed to helping communities operate smoothly while fostering positive relationships with both board members and homeowners.
Before transitioning into community management, Meg spent six years in landscape management, giving her a unique perspective on association operations through firsthand experience on the vendor side of the industry. This background allows her to better understand the day-to-day challenges of property maintenance, contractor relationships, and operational efficiency while helping communities make informed decisions. Combined with four years of experience in portfolio management, Meg brings a well-rounded, practical, and people-focused approach to her role.
Meg earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Mary Baldwin University, a background that continues to strengthen her interpersonal skills and understanding of effective communication and leadership. She is also an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
Outside of work, Meg values spending quality time with her husband, son, and their two dogs. She loves tending to her massive vegetable and flowers gardens, free-ranging her chickens, being outdoors, and anything that allows her to be creative.
