Melinda is a graduate of Bridgewater College who has dedicated her career to the commercial and residential real estate industry, acquiring a deep understanding of the operational and strategic aspects involved. She joined Goodman Management Group in May 2026 and looks forward to continuing her professional growth while expanding her knowledge and expertise in new development projects.   

With more than 20 years of experience focused primarily on association management, Melinda approaches each community with genuine care, attention to detail and a strong commitment to meeting the unique individual and collective needs of her clients. Her ability to build lasting relationships, combined with her thoughtful guidance and devoted stewardship, has earned her the trust of boards and homeowners alike.

A native of Lexington, Virginia, Melinda currently resides in Richmond. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys visiting family and friends, spending time in the Shenandoah Valley, camping, gardening, cooking, reading and painting.
