Mia brings more than twenty-five years of property management experience to GMG, with a background spanning multi-family, mixed-use, adaptive-reuse and community association management. She has served as a Senior Manager and Portfolio Manager supporting both Homeowner and Condominium Associations, building a reputation for strong leadership, responsive service, and practical problem-solving.

As a community association management professional, Mia is passionate about creating exceptional living experiences. She thrives on bringing people, plans, and projects together—whether she’s mentoring a team, collaborating with boards and homeowners, or coordinating improvements that make communities more vibrant, welcoming places to call home.

A longtime resident of Richmond, Mia has lived in the area for over 30 years and calls Mechanicsville home, where she lives with her husband, two daughters, and granddaughter. In her free time, she enjoys making memories with family and friends, attending live concerts, traveling, and exploring Virginia’s many wineries and breweries.
