With nearly 15 years of experience in the community association industry, Michaela began her career at just 18 years old and has since built a reputation for dedication, leadership, and relationship-focused management. Originally from Connecticut, she brings a strong work ethic and passion for community building to every association she serves.

As a Portfolio Manager holding both CMCA and AMS designations, Michaela is committed to helping communities thrive through collaboration, communication, and strategic problem-solving. She believes the foundation of successful community management starts with building strong partnerships with her boards, allowing them to work together effectively to improve and strengthen their communities.

Since 2019, she has proudly served on SEVA-CAI committees, remaining actively involved in the industry and committed to professional growth and community advocacy.

Outside of her career, Michaela is a proud mother of two who values family, connection, and creating positive, lasting relationships both personally and professionally.
