As the Chief Operations Officer of Goodman Management Group, Niccole Jones is responsible for leading the strategic direction for community management services in alignment with the company's vision and goals. She fosters strong relationships with our teams, clients, and vendors, while tracking performance indicators to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Excited by GMG’s innovative approach to managing communities, Niccole joined the team in the fall of 2021. In her operational role, Niccole oversees day-to-day business functions, implements policies, and ensures legal compliance. She excels in problem-solving and communication, collaborating with the C-Suite and Operations Committee. Niccole’s contribution to GMG’s success since her first day has been an onramp for tremendous growth and a thriving team. Niccole became a shareholder as of January 2024, and we are thrilled she has become an owner at Goodman Management Group.

Prior to joining the company, Niccole was the on-site community manager for a large-scale, planned development located in Richmond.  She has been a property management industry professional for over 20 years, specializing in community association management for the last 15 years.

Niccole lives in Mechanicsville with her two daughters and their dog, Teddy. When she's not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her girls and family, relaxing by the river, attending concerts, and socializing with friends.
