Nicole brings a decade of community association management experience to her role as Director of Onsite Management at Goodman Management Group. Having spent much of her career managing large-scale, planned communities onsite, Nicole brings a firsthand understanding of the day-to-day operations, Board relationships, homeowner experience, and leadership required to help complex communities thrive.

As Director of Onsite Management, Nicole supports Goodman Management Group’s onsite management teams and works closely with community managers and Boards of Directors to strengthen operations, navigate challenges, and provide consistent, high-quality service. Drawing on her experience as an onsite manager and portfolio manager, she is passionate about developing people, encouraging accountability, and helping management teams build strong relationships with the communities they serve.

Before entering community association management, Nicole worked in the hospitality and event industries, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service, organization, communication, and problem-solving. Those experiences continue to shape her approach to community management, combining a service-minded perspective with practical leadership and a focus on thoughtful, effective solutions.

Nicole holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). She earned her bachelor's degree in business management from Middle Tennessee State University and relocated to Virginia in 2017.

Originally from Minnesota, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, and tackling DIY projects around her home. She values making memories with her family and finding time to pursue the interests that keep her curious and inspired.
