Nicole Galbraith serves as Vice President at Goodman Management Group, where she guides and supports community managers across the Central Virginia region. In this role, she provides leadership and strategic direction to both on-site and portfolio managers, helping ensure clarity, consistency, and well-managed, thriving communities.

With 20 years of industry experience, Nicole brings an organized, professional, and people-centered approach. Having benefited from strong mentorship throughout her career, she is deeply committed to providing the same level of support to her team. She partners closely with managers to navigate complex situations, guide associations through transitions, and improve processes that ensure long-term success. Nicole believes trust and strong relationships are the foundation of effective community management.

Nicole graduated cum laude from Christopher Newport University with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, a background that continues to shape her collaborative leadership and communication skills. She is an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Central Virginia Chapter and currently serves on the Social Committee.

Nicole resides in Hanover County with her husband and their five children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, camping, boating on the Chesapeake Bay, and cheering on her children at their sporting events.
