Nicole currently serves as GMG’s Regional Manager for our central Virginia communities.  She graduated cum laude from Christopher Newport University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in social work, which influenced her passion and drive to foster positive interpersonal relationships.  With over 15 years of experience in the industry, she has had the opportunity to work with incredible mentors and she strives to offer the same level of caring leadership to her team and communities.  She values master-level customer service skills to develop and maintain great relationships with homeowners and clients.

When not working, Nicole loves to spend time with her family and friends.  She lives in Hanover County with her husband and their five children.  They enjoy traveling, camping, boating on the Chesapeake Bay, and attending their children's sporting events.
