Pam Farrow is an experienced community manager with six years in the association management industry. With a strong background in customer service, administrative support, and portfolio management, she brings exceptional organizational skills, strategic oversight, and a solutions-oriented mindset to her role.

Pam is passionate about supporting communities in their day-to-day operations and takes pride in helping them thrive and perform at their very best. She values building strong relationships with board members and residents, recognizing that successful communities are built on communication, collaboration, and proactive leadership.

She is excited to continue her career at Goodman Management Group by focusing her expertise on managing a single community, where she can provide dedicated attention and hands-on management.

Outside of the office, Pam enjoys spending quality time with her family, which she considers her greatest joy. In her free time, she loves reading, relaxing at the beach while watching the waves roll in, or traveling to the mountains to admire the beauty of snow-covered peaks.
